The Management Team consists of two principals Jamie Ryan Ryke, J.D. and Andrew Jay Thav, J.D. Uniquely, they met as children, grew up together and have shared a vision since their early years to create a new style of legal practice. After they completed professional preparation, they founded the law firm of Thav & Ryke, P.L.L.C. in 1997. They are a dedicated, working Management Team providing their proven expertise in the law.

Currently the firm employs multiple full time attorneys including Jeffrey David Thav, J.D., Amy Kathleen Gardner, J.D., Jay Edward Piggott, J.D., Laura Marie Davis, J.D.,

and Pierre M. Cristache, J.D. These attorneys effectively contribute to the day-to-day operations of the firm with a focus in the courts. In addition, the firm employs numerous highly experienced legal assistants and paralegal including Legal Administrator Katie E. Mertz — all of whom have several years of prior experience in the Bankruptcy Industry.
